We have an auto attendant (single tier) that transfers to hunt groups. These hunt groups CALL FWD ALWAYS to ring groups during the day and the hunt groups VM at night.
However suddenly when the caller presses any of the options they are sent to the voicemail not the ring group. I can ring the hunt group directly from the outside world and it's passed through to the ring group, and a quick check of CP SERVICE shows that it is in fact in day service. So the AA appears to be screwed up.
Anyone seen this before. I might schedule a reboot for tonight, but if anyone can advise me of a solution that doesn't require a reboot I would be greatful.
