Hi there, I have an IPO R11 running on embedded

The customer wants to run the business song/jingle to play before the greeting kicks in.

Has anyone done this before or have an idea.

Thanks for your time.

Regards

Try setting up a Group with a dummy member that isn't logged in (box unchecked) and Announcements turned on but don't record an announcement. Set the Post Announcement Tone to Music On Hold.
Overflow this group after 10 seconds or whatever to another group that contains a user that is forwarded to the AA. Point the incoming call route at the first group.
I would expect the first group to answer then after 10 seconds of ringing go to the music on hold, and then after the overflow timer expires the call would go to the AA.

Why not just record the business song/jingle and then the greeting and one recording, convert to .c11 and upload to the SD card.

Or record the business song/jingle, convert to .c11, use as the Morning/Afternoon/Evening greeting, the auto attendant itself as the Menu Options, and if the caller replays the auto attendant it will only replay the Menu Options section.
