Does anyone have experiance with setting up the Autoattendant that comes with CCM 4.0? Not interested in Cisco links, have read them all. Just wondering if their is a common config issue that I am doing wrong.
I have the CRS with engine, JTAPI and all running.
I have a AA-Route point with 4 other points (all which say 'Not Found')
I have 'CTI'/RP phone setup with bogus exchange

What must I do here? which device do I map to the user if any? When I go to call the 'bogus' extension 4000, it doesn't ring, is that a teel tale sign of something?

The not found is probably because the route points have not registered. Make sure you have added those route points to the ipccjtapi user account, or whatever your jtapi provider user account is.
