Auto attendant setup

Hi,

I have a recording and it is a wav file.
I tried to put it in the vmpro and it said it cannot find the file. Can anyone help me on this one. This is my first time setting this up.

Make sure the format of the WAV file is set to mono, 8117 samples per second, 16 bits per sample.
