I have an Option 11c, with Call Pilot Mini. I want the night service from my sole 2250 console to put callers to a 3 option menu which simply diverts the incoming call to one of 3 dn's. (It was previously set to ring a specific dn.) I have used Call Pilot with BCM, but Meridian slightly different regarding access. I have set NIT1 as 7000 (call pilot dn), and have set up CCR etc as I have done before in BCM version, but when testing I am getting straight through to the old NIT1 dn. Where am I missing a step?

Thanks, Alan.

you need to set nit to an unused dn, xxxx then build the menu, then add the service dictory number under system in the call pilot then go to ld 23

new
acd
xxxx (the nit number)
maxp 1
ncfw 7000

what that does is send nights to xxxx, it's a maxp 1 acd, ncfw to mail, mail sees the dn xxxx in the sdn table send the call to the menu.. i auusme you have built the menu in app builder... all that's left is to point a number to it.. when you finish dial the new dn, you will hear the menu. you just missed a step or two
