Auto Attendant- Ring Group of Extensions on Transfer Based on Selection

Hi,

I'm setting up a CCR. I'd like to have it so if one of the options is selected it will ring multiple extensions. Would I do this using a hunt group? I have toe select a line or pool and provide an extension as far as I can tell.

Any suggestions?

I think the answer is probably "yes" to create a hunt group set to broadcast so that all the extensions in the group will ring. The hunt group will need to be assigned in the CCR table.

Be advised a broadcast hunt group will not ring a phone that has currently answered a call.
