Thanks for taking the time to read this. I have a customer who has an IPO in basic mode. I realize the greetings can only be recorded onsite, using ICM and dialing a recording or AA number. The customer is insistent on using a professionally recorded greeting which they will be sent via e mail. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a product or device out there that will allow me to use a pre recorded greeting and transmit the audio through the handset (some kind of acoustic coupler) after pressing the access codes?
