Auto Attendant Question

Calls come into the Call Pilot 150 and are answered by the Auto attendant. Callers dial out to an extension by means of extension dialing or one key dialing. The extensions are not configured for call forward no answer but ring indefinitely. Is there any way to pull a call back to the auto attendant again after a predetermined number of rings at an extension?
 
Terminals & Sets/Capabilities/Call Fwd No Ans to VM extension (if you don't know what it is, press feature 985).

Make sure, on ringing sets, that the number of rings you enter here is greater than the number of rings that AA picks up.
 
you can also try the transfer recall setting if the voicemail transfers the call the call will kick back after the set number of rings

Where is the transfer recall setting? Is that a MICS or Call Pilot setting?

What you have to do is cahnge your table number 1.2.3 or 4 ATTD: xxxx to the primary station being used for callpilot and under Feature 982
that will send the caller back to the ccr tree menu
 
The number of Rings would be what ever Transfer Callback is Set to
 
I apologize. I misread your post. CFNA, or busy will send the caller to a mailbox.

Netwt- I assume you mean that would work for a 0 out. I've never tried that, but stars for you if it works.

I think he's trying to get every dialed number back to AA. Curly's 2 letter answer is probably correct.

If Netwt's option works, you could have people record their greetings to say "... or press 0 to return to the menu.
 
As long as the the Phone does not have a mailbox it will return you to the CCR TREE after Transfer Callback runs out
 
Under Configuration/Miscellanoeus/Number of rings on transferred call will determine when the transferred call
shall be sent back to auto attendant.
