I have never come across this issue before and I am hoping it is a line issue rather than software, but here it goes.
I have a customer with an IP500 running 4.1.12 with embedded VM. They have 3 rollover lines with an auto attendant answering full time. They say they will be on a call, hear the auto attendant on the call (audible to both parties) and then the call will get disconnected.
I know there is a disconnect issue w/copper lines on 4.1.12, but would that cause the auto attendant to play over the lines??
