We've moved recently and need to update our message that plays during open hours when no one answers and at night when no one is working. I have that figured out. But in that message we provide options to press 4 for our address and 5 for job opportunities, both listing our old address and contact info. I see under the Voice Mailbox Configuration that we have a Mailbox Number 4 and 5, extensions 192 and 193 respectively. There doesn't seem to be a voice mailbox 192 and 193 that I can log in to and update though. Any one have an idea where I have to go to update these 2 recordings?

I have a 3300 ICP, v. 6.0.5.7

You said 4 and 5 are the mailbox numbers, so that's probably where the greetings you're hearing are. 192 and 193 are just the extensions assigned to those mailboxes, and depending on the mailbox type, may never actually do anything in the first place.

Well that ends up being a dumb question then. I would have swore I tried it but doing 4 and 5 and it gave me an invalid mailbox but I must have tried it another route. Thanks! :)

Try dialing 192 and 193 to test. My bet is that these numbers are for inbound integration.

There's really no other way to hear the greeting of a mailbox
