Auto Attendant Options are not working when selected

For some reason our Auto Attendant stopped working. Inbound callers can hear the Auto Attendant but when they select an option nothing happens.

Please assist.

Gonna need way more info than that. What system? What voicemail? What troubleshooting have you done?????

also what kind of trunks - sounds like a dtmf detection problem

Most likely sip trunks are involved here. What do wire shark traces say?

If it was working in the past, I would reboot controller, MBG and Firewall.

Try sending the call to another answering point different that the A/Attendant and make a call.

What happens? Does the call clear after you answer?
