Auto Attendant on Meridian Mail

I had a request from a customer today and I'm not sure this can be done. It's on an Option 51 w/ Mer. Mail. Right now they have a main number coming in on a T-1. Calls ring in dirrectly to auto attendant and then transfer out to extensions or the operator. No DID's or anything special. Is there a way that when holidays come around that all calls can go to an info mailbox so no calls can transfer through? Can a key be set up to make this change?

no but you can set up a holiday schedule in mail.

basically you enter the holiday dates and point the treatment at a mail box.

if you look in the mail ntp's for voice services it should be there?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

sure, it goes to mail now with menu service so just put a tod schedule in front of the ms, you can set up business schedule, non bus and hoilday... need a hand just let us knwo where you get stuck
