I had a request from a customer today and I'm not sure this can be done. It's on an Option 51 w/ Mer. Mail. Right now they have a main number coming in on a T-1. Calls ring in dirrectly to auto attendant and then transfer out to extensions or the operator. No DID's or anything special. Is there a way that when holidays come around that all calls can go to an info mailbox so no calls can transfer through? Can a key be set up to make this change?
