Auto Attendant on Call Pilot 201i

We have a Call Pilot 201i on a CS1000. The Auto Attendant needs to have some schedule changes for days Campbellsville University is not in session on a non holiday. Where in the Call Pilot do I access these schedules to make needed changes?

You need to use a tool called CallPIlot Application Builder and modify the particular application you are using. This tool needs to be installed on a PC OTHER than the CallPilot server. You also may have to modify the Holidays in CallPilot Manager.

I have accessed the Application Builder. We are trying to schedule days during the Christmas on the holiday schedule for AA purposes. I do not see them in the Day control block. In reading the specs, it leads me to believe those schedules would be found in the Call Pilot Manager not the Application Builder. Could someone verify that? We do not have any holidays listed in under holidays under Call Pilot Manager.

Yes, Holidays are defined in CallPilot Manager under messaging, holidays.
