I just noticed that we have 2 Auto Attendants set up to answer 4 lines and one of them was set for line 6. Is there a reason for this or was it a mistake, Has been working like this for 10 years. This is a low call volume business. can I put all lines on 1 auto attendant or do you think it was set up on 2 to prevent delay in answering simultaneous calls? Thanks
