Auto Attendant not working

The auto attendant stopped working...any ideas on how to restart it?

I am guessing that you can not get in to check your messages as well? Check to see if there is a green power light on the front of the card for starters.
Next...tell us what type of voicemail it is.
try to power cycle the whole system, see what happens...

No the only thing I get is "this call is being transferred"...and then rings at extension 10

check to be sure voice mail ports are in Hunt group 7

as skip says, be sure to check and make sure that ONLY the voicemail ports are in hunt group 7

Umm yeah. Pull the plug, wait a couple of seconds then plug it back in. That should be the first thing to try and usually takes care of most problems.

Reprogrammed the HG 7 assigned the ports 26-31

Working now

But now I get a beep at ext 10 everytime a call comes in.

Also, trying to chance the Answer call operator back to 10 from 19 went in to" 777-9-3 and set it again ..it says 10 is the operator but push "0" and it rings at 19
