Auto attendant not working on Inuity Audix??

Merlin Legend and Intuity Audix.

I have an auto attendant mailbox set up in Intuity. Type is auto attendant and all the selector codes are set up.
Mailbox looks fine.

There is an adjunct extension set up with the extension number on the Legend. The number is in the voicemail calling group.

We call the extension from another extension, the phone rings, it sounds as if the voicemail answer and says, your call is being transferred, and then it defaults to the operator.

What am I missing?
Might it be that because the greeting in the mailbox is not recorded the voicemail system does not allow you to transfer to it?

The greeting in an autoattendant Mailbox MUST be recorded for it to work

Sigh, sometimes it is the easiest things that cause the issues.
Thank you very much for shedding the light here.
I hav always just recorded the messsage and gone on from there, so I never really ever had to look at this issue.
