IP Office 406 V2 4.1.9 .

Emmbedded Voicemail.

3 Time profiles:
Business AM : 8 AM to 12 PM CST
Business PM : 12 PM to 5 PM CST
Non Business: 5 PM to 8 AM, Sat & Sun 12 AM to 11:59 PM CST

Business AM: Morning Greeting plays and then Menu.
Business PM: Afternoon Greeting plays and then Menu..
Non Business: Right to Menu no greeting.

Verified Message properly recorded and save via shortcode.

Did same in 4.0.

Any suggestions?
 
Night time should be 17:00 to 11:59 and 0:00 to 7:59 m/f and 0:00 to 11:59 s/s
 
nope, wrong again!

The taker is correct here.

Your night profile cannot span 2 days.

Your profile is crossing midnight in the same entry, you cannot do that.

You have to create one zone that goes till midnight and then another zone from midnight till the morning kind of thing.

This is identical to what I was describing happening in my post yesterday. See time schedule below-still having issue


OpenAM (*8101)
7:00AM to 11:59AM M-F

OpenPM (*8201)
12:00PM to 4:00PM M-F

Closed (*8301)
S/S 12:00AM to 11:59PM
M-F 12:00AM to 6:59PM
M-F 4:01PM to 11:59PM

And this is still not working....

jeep lady you got to use 24 hour format

all above are in 12 hour.e.g 1159 pm is 23:59, etc.

if you are trying to route calls in above will give weird non working thingys, if you know what i mean
