I have a client with a small office. Partner ACS R6.0 and R3 large PCcard VM.

If first call goes unanswered on line 1, AA picks up.
If on a call on line 1 and call comes in on line 2 or 3, AA does not pick up and rings continuously.

Lines are all assigned to the hunt. Delay on all 3 lines are set to 1.

I am not sure what is going on.
Help!!

Hi ScoTTeL,
Program ports 78 and 79 on a display phone and watch. If both ports are busy, the PVM card will not answer. You may have a bad port. Call each one to confirm they answer, you can watch this on the same phone.
