Auto Attendant not clearing on NCP500 with analogue trunks ? 1

I have an issue with a Panasonic NCP500 with 2 analogue trunks the Auto Attendant is not clearing down if caller hangs up and when customer answers call obviously there is no-one there ? Could this be an exchange disconnect clear time setting? is there a setting on the NCP500?
 
hi you must play with CPC value in co board slot ...(call party controll)

As above, you need to set your CPC detection timers to match your provider. If they can't supply you with this info, it's trial & error time.

1.Configuration > 1.Slot > Select your LCOT card, then Port Property.

For a UK BT setup, I set CPC Signal Detection Time (Outgoing & Incoming) to 704ms and Disconnect Time to 2.0 s
