Auto Attendant not Answering on a Merlin Magix

I had the simular problem a few months ago.. My system is set to do an atuo backup once a week if this is a new problem less than a week old check your auto backup and restore from the most recent bacup before the problem started.
Reboot the system. If you have more than one cabinet. Power off all cabinets left to right then one by one, power them on right to left. The processor in cabinet 1 needs to see all cabinets to the right when it comes on or it gets Digital Alzheimer's. What may have caused it? Power blinks off and then comes on all cabinets at once, DA sets in and there you are. Get a good UPS. If you don't have multiple cabinets, then someone probably flipped a bit.
