Having some clarity issues about getting CallPilot to answer C.O. lines...
I've already told CallPilot to answer lines in the Operator Settings, and I've configured the auto attendant to answer each line after 4 rings.
I'm stuck somewhere here... That's not all it takes for a Line to be answered by CallPilot, is it?
Within the System Administration & Management of the Unified Manager, should I be configuring something on the C.O. lines?
The darn thing seems to be taking on a life of it's own... Although I'm only using one CCR tree with one table and all times set to use the same CCR tree, at night, the thing answers right away. During the day time, it answers after two rings. But I have it set in CallPilot to only answer after 4 rings.
Plus, the greeting at night is different than anything I can find. It's almost like there's another voicemail system hooked up.
Anyway, I have a hunch I'm missing something in the Prime DN (or Control DN) part of the line-setup in the BCM. Isn't the Prime DN where the line gets it's entry routing instruction?
So, if my prime DN is 2000, should I be looking to see that DN 2000 is active/registered and somehow forwarding to CallPilot?
