Auto Attendant issues

Question about Auto Attendant in a R.7 module.
The Auto Attendant is on at night and currently will not allow incoming callers to access users voicemails by extension or by name. How can i get this to work?

 
have the callers hit *7 when they hear the AA pick up.
 
Check your selector codes for the auto attendant make sure they are set to direct extension transfer.Also for the dial by name directory to work the users name has to entered into the mailbox settings.
