auto attendant issue 1

Hi,
We have one Unify x5 and one Unify x8 that are connected together in a network. and we intended to set Auto attendant on both of them. We have got the auto attendant license for both. unify x8 auto attendant has been configured and is working properly whereas Unify x5 has been configured but is not working. whenever we dial the station number which is set as auto attendant, instead of playing the auto attendant message, we hear the message “please enter your password”.
Would you please help us in this regard?

 
last week I had the same problem in my x5. I have diverted one station to the AA
but I always got this announcement.
There is a new pilot version R3.4.1568 available and after updating my system
to this pilot version this was working here.

would you please tell me how i can upgrade my system to this pilot?I mean how i should install it on my device?
 
as it is a pilot version you have to ask Unify for the ac code to download it in the
Unify partner portal or you need the download link for an online upgrade.
 
would you please tell me in which branch of unify partner portal I can fin the pilot?
I found one in communication system/openscape business/openscape business x1,x5,x8 but it is about 2 MB and I guess it is not the one you mean.
 
I upgraded the system but there was no change.the problem still exists.
