For Example:
we are using internal office Ext. numbers started from 101 to 199 and Auto Attendant using 0 up to 9
Like:
0 transfer to 130
1 transfer to 101
2 transfer to 108
3 transfer to 122
4 transfer to 121
5 transfer to 146
6 transfer to 140
7 transfer to 127
8 transfer to 150
9 transfer to 161
* replay greeting

please tell me how can incoming caller transfer unlisted user like 171

Click dial by number on the AA tab and change the action on item 1 in the AA table to dial by number.

Just be aware of using the 101-199 range... the Conference Bridge also uses that same range (although it starts at 100) - as does the the default Park/Page range.
If you also decide to use Flare, it is actually very easy to crash the IP Office (i.e. total reboot) if you create more than one conference.
At a minimum, your handsets and the System Status application will likely display incorrect information.

I think we are all talking embedded vm here.

That only works if you actually want to change option 1 to be only extn. transfers
if you want to keep options 0-9 then you have to use the last option which is # and send that to another AutoAttendant with a greeting like "please enter the extension number of the person you wish to reach" and make 1 in that auto attendant the dial by number option

1 is already used for specific dept. i can't use 1 for dial by number. I configured # for dial by number but is there any way incoming caller dial only ext number..not like press # then ext number ?

Not on embedded - 1 is either a single destination or the first digit of an extension number - take your pick.

Of course this "issue" and the others you have posted would have been avoided if you were more familiar with the system before you embarked on programming one, they aren't issues really :)

I would go:

0 transfer to your site operator
1 dial by extension
2 dial by name either first or last
3 for dept 1
4 for dept 2
5 for dept 3
etc.

then when they press 1, 2, 3 or what ever number have it go to another auto attendant menu with another list of actions like you want.

Thanks everyone......specially phonman1970

now i m working with multiple auto attendant.....
