Auto Attendant issue 1

Our lines come in and are answered by the auto attendant. That part works fin, but before our menu there is a default recording of if you have a touchtone phone press 1 or a rotary phone please remain on the line. how can I delete that recording? It is actually delayed so called do not hear the first 2 or 3 words she says anyway.

That is the touchtone gate, to disable go to callpilot AA click on general properties and set TTG to none.
