Dear All;
I've customer with 3300 CX. and Trunks are connecting to AMB. But unfortunately there is no disconnect signal are coming form telecom company.
So that, anyone call from out side , is answered by AA. then it transfer to required extensions. but If no one answer it's return to the AA again.
When the caller are hanging up. The call will bounce between AA and operator extensions until the operator left the hand set and drop it back.
some time the operator are not there, in that cause all line will ring the operator with no one on the line.
or it'll remain go to operator and return to AA the to operator... etc.
I've analyze the Tone and enter it in the tone detection. but nothing are change.
any idea how I can solve this.
