Auto-attendant in Octel 250

Does anyone know how to view/ change auto-attendant settings for Octel 250? Basically I have many years with DEFINITY AUDIX and Intuity AUDIX. Auto-attendant programming for both systems was so easy and straight-forward but in Octel, it seemed to be a wild-goose chase.

The only way you can do this is to call into the menu mailbox and go to callers menu options (number 1 from the main menu of a ECP mailbox)it will tell you what 1 2 3 and so on are programmed to do or you can change or add options.

If that is not clear let me know.

Trailor are you still having a problem with this ? I may be able to help as I've programmed the 250 for years.
