Auto Attendant Help

Hi Guys, Looking for some help setting up AA.
I have 0 as my welcome greeting
option 1 to extension 201
option 2 to extension 202
option 3 to extension 204
option 4 to info on opening times.

When I call the main number all the phones still ring.
Is there somewhere that I need to set a phone to route to voicemail 0 for this to work?

Any help would be great, thanks

Answer point for the trunk has to be set to AA. If its a DDI then point it to your VM huntgroup for VM pilot number if its an analog then set the answer point in trunk attributes to VM hunt group pilot number. Same for BRI and PRI if they don't use DDI.
