AUTO ATTENDANT HELP

Hie to you all.

I need to set up auto attendant such that when the system is put in night mode callers will be answered by a vice with prompts like Dial 1 for Booking, 2 for Ordering etc. When the said digits are dialed corresponding Stations will then ring.Example , when 1 is pressed Station 301 is rung, 2= 302, 3=303 etc.
I have never set up AA before but have done Vmail Boxes.
The ICP has Embedded Vmail Licenses.
Could someone please give me a step by step guide line as to how I can achieve this.

There are several methods that each have advantages and disadvantages.

Do you intend to allow the option of Dial By Name?
Do you intend to allow the caller to Dial an Extension?

Assuming the answer to both of these is yes, you are left with only 1 option. The main level Auto-Attendant.

You record the greeting via mailbox 999 (assuming 3 digit plan)
You create transfer only mailboxes that are single digits 1,2,3 etc
The extensions associated with the single digit MB's are 301, 302, 303, etc.
I recommend you log into each single digit mailbox and set it up. The only part that matters is the name.
e.g.

Record the name Booking in mb 1. then the system will say "You are being transfered to "Booking" when the caller chooses 1
Otherwise, it will say You are being transferred to 1​

The system will automatically transfer to the zero routing point if no choice is made so make sure that routes where you want in both day and night modes.

Thank you for your response. I need callers to Dial 1 when prompted to match say 'Booking' the system will then in turn dial ext 301. The caller will never know the etx number.I need the system to say you are being transferred to 'Bookin' but did not quite get your advice concerning that.
