Let me start off by saying that our company has laid off 90% of the people that work at my plant, so the duty of handling the phones is now mine by default.
Our main board on our Vodavi 5000 (Mach 1) died. We replaced the board and now have the phones up and running. Our problem now is that no extensions can reach their voicemail box and all incoming lines ring ext 100. Our auto attendant is at ext 120-123 still but does not pick up the incoming calls.
Several questions. In detail, how do I program all incoming lines to ring the auto attendant? Also, how do I set up everyone voicemail at their station? Thanks in advance.
