Hi everyone,
Just wondering if there is the posibility to set up an auto attendant key "z" to tranfer calls to a hunt group but at the same time, use "z" as the first digit of the extension.

For example:
We have a message at the auto-attendant stating "Press 1 for sales, 2 for consultation, (and so on) or dial the extension you want to reach". All our extensions start with 1 (111, 125, etc).

Can this be achieved?

Regards

Use ??? to define three variables for three digits.
Or if they all start with 1 then create 1??

Yes, you link another menu to the digit in question, have the timeout go to the option selected and add ?? to the menu that links to a transfer action that transfers to 1$key (for 1xx extns) :)

It is embedded. Is it still possible?
I could not apply that solution.
