Auto Attendant greetings not playing as expected 1

I have a problem where the AA greeting is not playing, the greeting for the CCR tree menu picks up instead. I have recorded the AA greetings and checked the enable custom greetings box. The correct AA greeting number and CCR tree number are selected.

 
Check that you have the correct Greeting Table selected for the line you're calling into and check the system time. Also check the time-of-day settings for the greeting table you're working with.
 
Yep, all of those are OK. It's table 1, CCR tree 1. It's the same for all 4 time settings.
 
Did you go back and play the recorded greeting after closing it. If you closed before saving, the recording was erased. I've done that a couple of times.
 
Yep, made sure of that too. It also shows recorded on the AA table screen. It's on a BCM450 R1 so I am wondering if I might be chasing a software bug. The patches are current as of late June 09.
 
Just did a 450 a couple of weeks ago patched up to June. I didn't run into any AA problems but I did have a lot of Element Mgr trouble. Sometimes the system would "hang" and I had to close and re-start EM. Also experienced the "renumber" bug that Nortel is working on a fix for.

You can't have both, after the company greeting plays, it's either the custom greetings or the CCR greeting that will play. In this case if both are selected it will always be the CCR prompts that will be played.
