Auto attendant greeting

Hi i have an issue with mitel mxe when i call frim outside to the mite sometimes the greeting open some other time it does not plz need help

it is mitel mxe release 6.embedded voicemail. when it does not go to greeting, caller hear ringtone but it is not reaching pbx.

Possibly not enough ports for the traffic and the system is camping on to wait for a free one? Check to make sure your ports are idle and not busied out for some reason. I had a system that would busy out ports for no apparent reason and then vm messages could not be left etc. Never did find out why. Also check on how many ports are available to the AA.
