Auto Attendant Greeting then auto-forwad to HG

Currently I have it set so a caller must push 1 to reach a hunt group. How can I change it so the caller is automatically transfered without pressing any digits. In other words I want our main company greeting to play giving the caller the opportunity to dial by name/ext and then if they do nothing send them automatically to a specific HG ext.

Ok. Thats a good start but is there any way to control how quickly it transfers? It takes too long. Is it possible to remove the "one moment please" msg?

Why dont you get a call center? if you have a CP100/150 with the Basic ACD built in, you can tell the ACD to directly answer the line and transfer to the agents in the group.
 
If you want the customer to have the opportunity to dial the extension you cannot get quick access back into the hunt group, both hunt groups and ACD's will not allow the caller to get out to the ACD. if you want to speed up the process you may assign a group of trunks just to the Hunt group and advertise that phone number as "Company Sales" Leave the access to the hunt group at the AA for the people who don't have the new number.

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.
