What would cause the greeting in an auto-attendant to not record?
I have a client who just copied some of their auto-attendants.
She is trying to record the "Options" menu.
She dials the *#### code and gets the prompts to Listen, Record, and save the greeting.
When she presses 2, she is able to record the greeting.
She then presses 1 to listen to the greeting, but the system says the recording was never made.
Anyone have an idea of how to remedy this? I've already had the client re-boot the IP Office, bu this did not help.
