Auto-Attendant Greeting not recording 1

What would cause the greeting in an auto-attendant to not record?
I have a client who just copied some of their auto-attendants.
She is trying to record the "Options" menu.
She dials the *#### code and gets the prompts to Listen, Record, and save the greeting.
When she presses 2, she is able to record the greeting.
She then presses 1 to listen to the greeting, but the system says the recording was never made.

Anyone have an idea of how to remedy this? I've already had the client re-boot the IP Office, bu this did not help.

Couple things:

1) She presses 2 to record, she presses 2 after recording and then 3 to save changes? A lot of people miss the 3 to save changes.

2) If the greeting is to short the avaya lady will get angry, say its to late and disconnect on you. I find it funny it doesn't let you re-record it and just disconnects you.

3) I have seen some issues when a large file gets created in voicemail it no longer lets you record greetings or leave a voicemail message. I would log into embedded file management, system>dynamic>lvmail and look for a file that is say 10x the size of other files. If there is one, delete and file and try again.
