Last qestion on this subject, I hope.
I have set up the auto attendant. Greeting 1 (Office Greeting) to CCR1 from 8:30am (Morning, afternoon and evening Mon - Fri Non-busines starts at 4:00pm. MOn - Fri That is when CCR2 kicks in. It seems to work good.
Sat - morning 12:00am Afternoon 12:00am Evening 12:00am Non-business 12:01am same for Sun.

My question is that when I was testing the flow today I called the system and it picked up and played the afterhours greeting Today is Sunday at 10:00am. I changed the clock on the system to 6 Dec to simulate office open but it still played the after hours greeting. My concern is that on Monday morning at 8:30 it will not switch to Office open greeting.

Could it have been caused byu me changing the clock manually and not waiting long enough to have the voicemail sync up to the correct time. I am stumped.

Ed,

The CP can take a long time to react to program changes. Other items:
Business open status should = Y
and check how you have set up the time tables for the weekend in TABLE programming.

The business status is set to yes,
Times are as follows.

M-F
Morning 830am Greeting 1, ccr Tree 1
afternoon 12:00pm Greeting 1, CCR Tree 1
Evening 1:00pm Greeting 1, CCR Tree 1
Non-Business 4:00pm Greeting 2, CCR Tree 2

Sat and Sun

Morning 12:00am Greeting 2 CCR Tree 2
Afternoon 12:00am Greeting 2 CCR Tree 2
Evening 12:00am Greeting 2 CCR Tree 2
Non-business 12:01am Greeting 2 CCR Tree 2

I have done similar testing and the table changed OK when I first changed the time on the system. It would not revert to the correct schedule when I restored the time on the system. After waiting 15 min. I restarted the CP and all was well. It may just take a long time to change at times.

As above I've had to reboot CP's to get them to see time changes.

Ed,

"My question is that when I was testing the flow today I called the system and it picked up and played the afterhours greeting Today is Sunday at 10:00am."

From your programmed times, the Non Business greeting should be playing just as I think you state above. If when you said 'after hours' you meant Non Business, then yes, Non Bus should play based on your time programming.
