Auto Attendant - Call is not disconecting

Dear All,

we are using IP IP office 5.0.8 & VM Pro 5.0.23, with Auto Attendant,

When the caller dials the extn directly extn rings if the user is not present caller disconnects the phone but the extn keep rininging until somebody lift the phone & disconnects

all the trunks are Analog no batery revarsal from Telco,

is there way insert drop function in VM pro

i would check the disconnect clear settings on the lines. set them to 150ms less than your providers settings.

be sure that the module loader was used during IPO upgrade if applicable. Otherwise do what Tom says.
