Auto attendant branch for leaving a message in a mailbox 1

Setup a User that does not have a phone. Its called a "Phantom Mailbox"
Have the AA single digit dial the users extension.
Then you can map a button users phones for a "MWI" (message waiting indicator" for that extension.
If you want it to go to an existing users extension. Create a Huntgroup with no users and a timeout of 1 total time out of 1 and have it forward the call to this extension 500FAAAAA4#NNNN#*F
Replace NNNN with the desired extension. That will send the call directly to VM.
