Two questions that I have to address on a BCM 50:

1st

Is there a way while a call is in a submenu of the Auto Attendant, if they were to press 0 the Operator could have a button mapping on the phone to indicate witch menu they zeroed out from?

Example:

Press 1 for Company #1
Press 2 for Company #2
Press 3 for Company #3
--> Caller goes into this menu and then zeros out which would then lights up button map for Company #3 on their T7316.

2nd

Is there a way if a call goes into VM to setup options for the caller to be redirected during the greeting to other ext on the system if they press a defined key before it reaches the tone for leaving a message.

1st ?: No , one zero out per Greeting Table, which would include all sub-menus.

2nd ?: Kind of. You can use * to exit a mbox and return to the AA.

Adversity is Opportunity

If there are seperate lines for company 1 2 3, you could have them answered by a different table and then assign the zero out to 3 different ext's. (line 1 table 1, line 2 table 2, ect) Assign answer DN for those ext's to the phone you want to cover the 3 different companies, it will ring on the button for each answer DN, if you make them appear and ring.

On number 2 ...
Yes. The setting is called Target Attendant.
This allows you to configure a specific destination if the caller presses 0.
This is configured on a per mailbox basis in mailbox admin.
