I'm completely new to BCM so bear with me.
We have a customer that requires the following:
During the day the main number rings at the recepetion hunt group. If she doesn't answer after say 15 seconds can we program the BCM 50 so that the call be routed to an auto attendant giving the callers the options 1 for sales 2 for admin etc.
