Greetings
We have a MICS with a Startalk voicemail system. On our AA and CCR tree we have two options that go to the operator, ext 201. If the operator doesnt answer the calls are rolling to her personal mailbox instead on the General Delivery mailbox. Can i set it up so the unanswered calls or someone bypassing the AA by hitting zero roll to the GD mailbox instead of her personal mailbox and if so how?

If you go to feature 982 and enter the password (OPERATOR) IS THE DEFAULT,then you will find an option for operator yes or no if you have it set to NO,then if anybody press zero or timed out it will say the operator not available and it will transfer the call to general delivery mailbox.

Ok. I changed that option to NO and all it did was send zero out options directly to the GDM. When i hit option 2 and 5 from our CCR tree the call rang correctly then still went into the operators personal mailbox. I'm trying to find a way for those two options and zero to ring the operator then go to the GDM if unanswered instead of the operators personal mailbox, 201. Any other ideals?

If you want the call to go the operator then the general delivery then your only option is to assign the general delivery mailbox to the opertor ext,but by this way the operator will not have a personal mailbox.

I would suggest you assign the General Delivery Mailbox to the REceptionist and take away her personal Mailbox.

if you have 3 digit extension #'s General Delivery is 100
if you have 2 digit extension #'s it is 10
