Auto Attendant and CCR loop problem

I have setup an Auto Attendant (recorded company greeting) which is followed by CCR Tree prompts. Everything works fine, but the thing that is bothering me is the loop. I don't want all of the sequence to loop, but instead I need AA (customer greeting) then CCR Tree prompts and after it finish, the call should go to the attendant station (in my case DN 100) instead of repeating. Under Greeting Table setup I've got correct Greeting and CCR #'s, Disable DN Dialing is unmarked as well as Custom AA menu prompts, attendant Extensions is setup correctly and Menu Repeat Key is set to None.

I appreciate any suggestion that you might have on this issue.

Hey all,

I found a way to achieve my request with the use of: Touchtone Gate Option, but it's not very handy when you have multiple CCR's. In my case we have switched to CCR prompts only with the use of 2 tables each of it for its sector. Every one of the tables is linked to its own pool of lines and according to the destination it is routed to the appropriate CCR prompts.

However I received a notice that pulse phone users can not dial a digit while in CCR and after the prompts all callers should be transferred to the Attendant of its own sector (Sector 1 has 100 as attendant and Sector 2 has 222 as attendant). The problem with Touchtone gate is its global settings i.e. when I chose a Greeting it points for that recording for all calls, regardless on which line it is. I just want to be able to keep it like it was: 2 separate CCR's and voice prompts based on lines and after the prompts caller should be transferred to the attendant. Is this possible?

untick "repeat CCR prompts" in AA general properties.

When this is ticked the system repeats the ccr prompts before sending the call to the Attendant extn.
Unticked then the calls go to the Attendant extn if no options pressed.
This relates to bcm50 rel2,rel3,450
I dont think this option was on bcm50 rel1

you need 2 seperate Tables with 2 seperate ccr trees with thier own AA extns assigned.
This way each company has thier own Attendant

Unfortunately there ain't "Repeat CCR prompts" check box under AA general settings. We have BCM400 rel. 4.0. Other than that I have 2 separate CCR and attendants. I will try once more with touchtone option and let you know.

In meantime if anyone got other ideas, please let me know.
 
Hey, we figured it out how it works with "Touchtone gate". If set on "none" it directly goes to CCR according to the line ur into. If set on "standard" it got a system prompt that inform you: If you have tone telephone press one, otherwise stay online for the attendant. If you chose 1 then it routes you to the appropriate CCR prompts, if you stay online it transfer you to the attendant. You also got an option to put your own recording greeting, but in case like mine if you have two different companies/sectors it would be mutual for both.

Also i find these setting really annoying and it will just frustrate and annoy the caller who will have another prompt to go through until he reach the DN or group. I can't believe BCM400 rel.4.0, doesn't has something like simple transfer to ext. after CCR rather then complicated routing and un-necessary prompts. But yes, I might be wrong, maybe there is a solution but still could not find it.
