Auto Attendant & Dial By Name

I'm a CS1000, so forgive me for what may be a dumb Norstar Question....

I have a client with CICS & Startalk Flash.

They're looking to add a dial by name option to their auto attendant.

Is theis feature even available on this combo, and what is the proper feature name & config guide I should be looking for?

I'd appreciate any pointers.

It's usually there, just press '#' to access when in the AA.

Thanks, so it lools like they're on a startalk flash. I jjst grabbed info from the links provided by misseditbythatmuch and a cpuple of other sources.

I just need to update a name in the directory by the looks of things, I'll give it a try today.
