Recently, my workplace decided to open a small division of our main company and I'm attempting a Multiple Auto Attendant set up on a Merlin Legend 6.0, V11.0 running Hybrid/PBX mode and Merlin Mail 007MLM module. Merlin calling group 770 and coverage is group 30. System has two operator positions, 100 and 104 and I've set up Night Services like this:

OPERATOR 100 DGCG #: 770
STNS : 100
LINES : 801 802 803 804 805 806 808 809
811 812 813 819 825 826
OPERATOR 104 DGCG #: 782
STNS : 104
LINES : 820 821

In Merlin Mail, Call Answer Service Operator is 100, the General Mailbox 1 owner is 100, General Mailbox 2 owner is 104.

Main company:
Calling Group 781 is attached to Coverage Group 30 (with 15 extensions) for delayed daytime AA, has pools 70 and 890 assigned and lines 825 and 826. Set Overflow to 770 group for Time Base overflow to :30 seconds and Number based overflow to 99 to 770.
In Merlin Mail, Mailbox 781 is set up with COS 15. Lines 822 and 823 are assigned directly to 770 for back door calls.

Small division:
Calling Group 782 is attached to Coverage Group 29 (having two extensions in it currently) for delayed daytime AA, has lines 820 and 821 assigned, for Time Base overflow to :30 seconds and Number based overflow to 770.
In Merlin Mail, Mailbox 782 is set up with COS 16 and Auto Attendant #2 has lines 820 and 821 lines assigned.

Most everything seems to be working, lines are being properly routed to the correct Auto Attendant for day and night at least. But two things aren't right:

1.) The General Mailbox for Auto Attendant #2 is still the main company. Do I set the Timeout/Dial Zero Action to Transfer to an Extension (9992) to make this happen?

2.) With Night Service set up the way I outlined, I assumed that the Night Service button on 100 would only control the Night Service mode for Auto Attendant 1 and the NS button on 104 would control the NS mode for Auto Attendant two (independantly) but this is not the case. Both have to be on in order for either company to go into night mode. Is there a way around this or am I stuck with the way it is?

Thanks you!

A DIRECT GROUP CALLING INFORMATION

Coverage groups - Coverage Group 30 is assigned to 770, not 781, and there is no need for assigning 29 to 782. Any extension that has a mailbox should be assigned to Coverage Group 30 for voicemail coverage.

Yes, you must put ALL night service operators into Night Service to get the service to come on.

If you set the Dial-0/Timeout option to "Record a message in the General Mailbox", AA1 will send the call to mailbox 9991, and AA2 will send the call to mailbox 9992. If you want AA2 to send calls the 9991, set it to Transfer to Mailbox 9991. If you want them to stay in 9992, verify the greetings and make sure you know which one is answering each AA.
