We have an issue where when you press 0 from an auto attendant, instead of tranferring it is disconnecting the caller. All setting appear to be correct, any ideas? Thanks!
Is the default receptionist for during and after hours entered correctly? Can the MM system dial that number? Is the number a local number (extension) or something else? Is the number associated with a mailbox? If not, is non-mailbox numbers allowed to dial out? If so, is the initial digit allowed as an outcall?
I am having the same issue, I am on 5.2 SP3 patch 2
I am using personal operators, when customers press 0 and no answer it will come back to MM and reply with press 1 for another user or 3 for more options (no option to leave original person a message??).... 3 says goodbye and hangs up on the customers.
In the field Covering Extension __________ enter the extension you want the call to be route if someone press 0. It work wonderfuly well for me... Hope this help and work for you.
