Auto Attendant 0 Out Option?

How do you program the auto attendant 0 out option in a Merlin Legend? When a caller 0’s out we need them to be routed to a different number then it currently goes to.

Our system is a Partner acs R7.
 
What model and revision of the voicemail is being used? Is it a Partner Voice Messaging, Partner Mail VS or Avaya Partner Messaging [ponder]
 
It is a Partner messaging 7.0.

2 ways.

Change the "Call Answer Service Operator" from 10 to whatever extension you require, and all calls directed to the CASO from a mailbox and the 0/timeout=CASO in the auto attendant will go to the new destination.

OR, simply change the Dial-0/Timeout for the particular auto attendant to the new extension, which will not affect 0-out from a mailbox.
