Auto Attend Call dropped

Hi, I have a couple of questions:

Does anyone know why my Auto Attendant on a 2.5 Magix Messenger w/ Magix 7.0 would drop calls after the caller dialed in an ext and the AA tells the caller "your call is being transferred"? It hangs up right after that statement.

A difficulty that may be part of that problem: When the far end disconnects, calls may not disconnect from the Magix for 35 to 40 seconds. I don't believe the lines to be Ground Start lines.

Is this happening to all extensions, or just those with no voice mail assigned? The voice mail system may need to have any extensions without vm programmed as "transfer only". Log in as sys admin on the voice mail (call vm, enter zero for extension, enter password [123456 is default] and press 9 for admin). Select "2" to administer extensions, and enter the new extension number. Follow the prompts to define the extension as "transfer only". Repeat as needed.

Pjolly, I've made sure extensions to which I'm trying to transfer have Voicemail and are "senders" in calling group 30.

It seems there are a lot of little things not working. I don't seem to be able to remotely access the switch with someone transferring me to *10. It won't take craft or craftr4.

I recently did a convert of a 2.0 processor. I think I did the convert right, but do you know what would happen if I did a convert to 6.0 and restored it to a 7.0 processor? I think it would have aborted, but I'm not positive.

Any thoughts?
