I have a Partner ACS R7 with Mail VS R5. I have 6 incoming lines that I would like the voicemail auto attd to pick up after 4 rings. I have a message recorded for day service and night service. The night service works fine but the day does not. Currently if calls are not answered by the forth ring the calls go to voicemail for the attd at ext 10. How do I get the calls to go to a day auto attd. I currently have #206-7-01(01-06)-3 and #506-1-01(01-06)-4.

All of this was working until the system crashed from a power spike. We had to replace the ACS Proc and the Mail VS R5. This is the last piece to fix.

Hi cb369,
Check VMS Hunt Schedual (#507). Should be 1-always

It appears the way you have it set up now, that all your calls are being answered by an extension and not an auto attendant. Change #206,7,(01-06),3 vms cover TO #206,7,(01-06),1 assigned. Make sure #507 is set to always for all lines , then make sure your hunt delay is set properly(#506). When you have #206 set to 3 vms cover, the ring setting is controlled by #321 for the extension that is answering the calls.

Thank you 1043 - #206 and #507 resolved the issue. Again thank you for your feedback!!
