When I call using UDP or CDP the Ip line is only answer if I recieve a DNIS less than the Private received lenght otherwise the call going to the recepcionist phone.

Right now I m receiving a 7 digit DNIS and my call aren´t answer when I received a 6 digit DNIS the call are answer.

How can I get to every call received be answer for the AA?

Are you shure it's 7, load the BCM monitors to verify the recived digits are 7 and not 6.

Yes, Im dialing 1234831234 (10 number), I don't care lose the last 3 digit and Im receiving 1234831 (7 digit), now if Im just dial 6 digit my call is answer.

In the NRS table I have this:
CDP --> 1234831

I want to always dial 10 digit (A NXX number) and be answer for AA but.

I would think you need the last 7 digits to come accross. The reason it is hitting the main phone is it is the prime for the IP trunks and redirecting to it because it is not seeing the correct digits..
Have you looked at the BCM MONITOR to see the calls coming into the BCM you will see what is being sent.

Ok but really I don't care about the last digit my goal is be answer for the AA like when I received a outgoing call. Now Im sending 7 digit and reciving 7 digit but my call are going to the Mailbox. I set this:

NRS:
UDP 1234831

Private Network:
P.N. type: UDP
Private DN lenght 7
Private received lenght 7

Monitor:
Sending 1234831
Receiving 1234831

Result changing the target Line:

Private receivied: 1234832
Answer the Primeset or Main Phone

Private recived: empy
Answer the Mailbox

Some advices are very welcome

I'm not sure on the PBX but the BCM only uses CDP. And if you are sending 1234831 then the target line digits should be 1234831. Then in the call pilot of the BCM go to the AA section line admin assign the target lines to be answered by the AA.
And what is private empty?

I changed the target line to 1234832 but now the call are ringing in the Primeset but that's obvious:

Receiving 1234832

Line trunk Type Control Set/PrimeSet Private recived
137 Target Line 2280 1234832

The Ip lines are set to Auto Atendant.

1 Auto-Attendant Table 1 1 Change
2 Auto-Attendant Table 1 1 Change
3 Auto-Attendant Table 1 1 Change
4 Auto-Attendant Table 1 1 Change
5 Auto-Attendant Table 1 1 Change
6 Auto-Attendant Table 1 1 Change

What could I be missing?

PS: And what is private empty? If I left the Private recived with out any number the call goes to the Mailbox

Thanks cook1082 for the answers

its line 137 you want to be answered by AA(target line)
NOT the PHYSICAL lines 1 to 6.

set it up similar to using PRI lines.

snowman50 you were right that was what I was missing, thanks man, cook1082 you're a genius too thanks everyone I'M HAPPY

THANK YOU BOTH

Now I have other problem, right now I only have 1 target line that means I can received 1 call, am I right? I can't assign the same received number to more than one target line, what can I do?
