I have setup auto archiving on my Notes Mail file from the Domino Admin, as a test before I setup users.
A day after I set it up, I went back in to the settings, and noticed the settings were gone, so I set them up again. This happened several times.
Now, my automatic archiving is running each day several times, in fact it's running 7 or 8 times.
I would like to eliminate 6 or 7 of the automatic archive runs, so that it only runs once a day.
Is there anywhere in the Domino Administrator, or the client where I can list the automatic archive tasks, and delete the ones that I do not want to run?
I am not sure what the automatic archive tasks are, agents maybe???
Thank you very much for your help.

P.S. - Client is 6.5.5, Server is 7.0.2

Did you check your Archive settings ? If you are running 7 archives a day, you should logically have 7 lines in the Tools/Archive Settings panel.

Pascal.

I've got nothing to hide, and I'd very much like to keep that away from prying eyes.

Thank you very much for your feedback. This problem is really driving me crazy.
In trying to solve this, I ever deleted all entries from the box inside the Settings Tab area, waited a day, then put one line back. Surprisingly, the archive automatically ran multiple times the day I put the line back in.
It's like the automatic tasks are out there somewhere, but I can not get to them.
Thank you very much for any help you can give me on this problem.
